Please note, we are only responsible for orders placed through our official website at tvboxus.com. We receive numerous inquiries daily and strive to offer the best service, exclusive offers, and dedicated care for our customers who order through our site.

We do not handle claims or issues related to purchases made outside of our website. Some customers have reported purchasing SuperBox devices from unlicensed or unauthorized dealers, and in some cases, have lost contact with those sellers. We strongly recommend that you purchase only from trusted sources to ensure the authenticity of your SuperBox device and avoid any potential issues.

SuperBox has been around in the NA market for nearly 5 years since 2019. Another SuperBox branch-brand has been serving other regions for over 8 years.

We provide 1 year warranty on our products SupremeS6 UltraS6 Max,

You just need a TV/monitor with an HDMI port and Wi-Fi/Ethernet network connected with SuperBox. We recommend an over 30 Mbps network with Ethernet for smooth streaming.

Yes absolutely. SuperBox is highly compatible with the Google Android TV system. We recommend downloading all official apps from Google Play Store to ensure they work properly.

You can insert a TF card to order to expand the storage. It supports FAT format with 2GB, 4GB, 8GB, 16GB, 32GB,64GB and 128GB. However, apps must be installed on the device to use (in Apk file).

The latest SuperBox S6 Max and S6 Ultra are both equipped with revolutionary time-shift and parental control features. They are both metal-cased.

The SuperBox S6 Ultra has a newly designed gray metal casing and doubles the storage space to 128GB. The SuperBox S6 Max is 64GB.

The SuperBox S6 Max comes in a metallic blue casing, while the S6 Pro comes in the original black plastic casing. The S6 Max has a larger storage capacity of 64 GB, while the S6 Pro has 32 GB. Everything else is the same. The S6 pro retails for $329 online, and the S6 Max retails for $359 online.

Yes, all SuperBox models support voice control. First, put two AAA batteries in the remote control and turn on the SuperBox Android TV box. Hold the remote control and TV box within 10 inches (about 25 cm) and press the voice button on the remote control. Then, press the [OK] and [Return] buttons at the same time until the indicator light flashes to indicate a successful pairing. Press and hold the [OK] button until the red light stops flashing. Finally, go to [Settings]-[Remote Controls and Accessories] to check if the device is connected. Look for the “RC-200” device to confirm pairing. If there is a problem with the Bluetooth function or voice control function, you can reconnect and pair again to try.

VPN services or IP unblocking services are not required to operate SuperBox. And don’t use VPNs from certain prohibited areas. Otherwise your box will be automatically deactivated and cannot be used.

Yes. Just click the Right button on your remote, then select “Subtitle Tracks”, then chose to turn on or off the subtitles.

You do not need a Smart TV. All you need is an internet connection and a TV with AV or HDMI input.

The box requires HDMI ( include in the package) to connect with the TV. The closer, the better

On the home screen, click the Settings button, then Network &Internet. Turn on your WiFi, then select your network and enter your password.

How to place an order?

Once you have finished adding items to your cart, click the “check out” button on the shopping cart page, and we will guide you through the checkout process.

We use Stripe as our payment gateway, which means you can use your credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay to check out. We also offer PayPal as a checkout option, so feel free to choose between our fast and secure payment methods.

After the order has been confirmed, our team will ship the package within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped from California and New Jersey to you, and it normally takes 2-5 business days for them to arrive.

Our store offers free shipping, and our warehouse is located in the United States. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply to international orders. These additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

You will receive an order number after submitting your order. After one to two business days, select “Order Tracking” from the menu, enter your  email address and order number, and then press the “Track” button. Alternatively, enter your tracking number  and select “Track.”

The SuperBox Android TV Box warranty lasts one year. If you have any issues with your SuperBox Android TV Box, please contact our customer support. Initially, our technical support will try its best to assist you in resolving the issue in order to save you time. In the worst-case scenario, if your hardware fails and you are unable to repair it, you may submit the product to us and we will repair it for free within one year. You can still send the item to us for repair at an additional cost if your warranty expires. After the device is restored, you can continue to use the service. During the repair, we will provide you with an account to continue receiving service.
